I will work with you up close and personal to design your rooms to be both beautiful and functional. I only book one client at a time so your project will be front and center and will receive my undivided attention. You can expect a professional, friendly attitude and a willingness to listen to and implement feedback.
Please note : I do not work at a discounted price. My time is valuable, as is yours and my fees reflect as such. My rates break down to roughly 5-8 dollars an hour USD.
I am currently booking the following:
1-3 room projects. Standard sized rooms 4000 L Per. Over sized rooms 5000 L Per.
Linden homes are done at a flat rate of 5000 L.
Landscaping – 1/4 sim and under. Fee depends on land size and complexity of the project. The Average 1/4 sim fee is 12.5 K Linden.
A deposit of fifty percent is required to be paid within 48 hours of the project start time. remaining fees are to be paid upon completion.
